For families

ONROTER Family

Guiding families toward clarity, support and meaningful change — a structured six-week digital support program.

Supporting the family through a difficult reality

When someone close is struggling, the whole family feels it. What to say. When to step closer. When to hold a line. How to start a conversation that does not end in another argument.

ONROTER Family gives you a clear place to start, a process to follow, and tools you can actually use.

Families should not have to face this alone

Most families try everything first. Persuading. Explaining. Getting angry. Giving in. Setting a limit, then letting it go.

All of it comes from love. None of it is a plan — and over time it can push the family further apart rather than closer.

ONROTER Family provides a supportive framework that helps the family create order within a confusing situation. Instead of remaining alone with unanswered questions, family members receive a clear process that accompanies them step by step.

A structured six-week journey

Each week opens a new stage with an explanation, a practical task, guided reflection questions and tools.

WK 1

Understanding what you are facing

Seeing the situation as it is, without the fear and guesswork that usually fill the gaps.

WK 2

Setting boundaries that hold

What a boundary actually is, how to state one, and how to keep it without a fight.

WK 3

Talking without escalating

Preparing for the conversation you have been avoiding, and having it differently this time.

WK 4

Looking after yourself

You cannot sustain any of this while running on empty. This week is about you.

WK 5

Recognizing the patterns

The loops the family falls into, and the point at which they can be interrupted.

WK 6

Making it steady

Turning new responses into something consistent, so it holds after the program ends.

Personal mentor support

Your mentor accompanies the family throughout, helps clarify the weekly tasks, listens to the challenges that arise, and supports you in focusing on realistic next steps.

Tasks and progress in one place

The current task, what has been completed, and the next stage — presented clearly, so you never have to work out the next step alone.

An AI-powered assistant

Noa helps you understand the content, get ready for a task and find the right material — available between conversations with your mentor.

A guidance and education program for adult family members — not a medical service, and not a replacement for professional care. Full details.

Where it starts

Change begins with one step

You may not be able to change another person. You can change how you read the situation, and how the household holds together meanwhile.

You do not need every answer to begin. Only the first step.

Responsible technology and clear professional boundaries

Being explicit about what our solutions do — and do not do — is part of doing this work responsibly.

Questions we are asked

Who is ONROTER Family for?

Adult family members of someone facing addiction-related challenges or harmful patterns of behavior within the family. No previous knowledge is needed.

No. ONROTER Family supports the family — learning, structure and guidance for the people around the person. It does not replace qualified professionals, provide diagnosis or treatment, or function as an emergency service.

The program is for you, not for them. It works on how the family understands the situation and responds to it, which is possible whether or not the other person is ready to change anything.

One stage a week: an explanation, a practical task and a few guided questions. It is designed to fit around a life that is already full, not to add another obligation.

Yes. A personal mentor accompanies the family throughout, and you can reach them through the app. Noa, the assistant, helps between those conversations — it does not replace them.

Yes. Anything you send through this page is treated as confidential and is only seen by the people who need to respond to you.

What happens after you write

01

You write

A line or two is enough. You do not have to explain everything, or use the right words.

02

A person reads it

Not a queue, not an auto-reply. Someone who does this work looks at what you sent.

03

We come back to you

Usually within one working day, in the way you asked to be reached.

04

You decide

We tell you what we think would help. Nothing starts until you say so.
