ONROTER Family runs for six weeks. If you cancel during the first [NUMBER] days, we refund [FULL AMOUNT \/ A PROPORTION], less any weeks already delivered.<\/p>

After that point the programme is treated as delivered and no refund is due, except where required by law.<\/p>

We know that families sometimes have to stop for reasons outside their control. If your situation changes, write to us and we will look at it individually.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For self-paced courses, you may cancel within [NUMBER] days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have completed no more than [PERCENTAGE] of the material.<\/p>
