ONROTER Family

Guiding families toward clarity, support and meaningful change — a structured six-week digital support program.

Supporting the family through a difficult reality

When someone close is struggling with addiction or with harmful patterns of behavior, the entire family is affected. Family members may not know how to respond, when to move closer, when to set a boundary, or how to begin a conversation without creating another conflict.

ONROTER Family was created to give families a clear point of contact, a structured process, and practical tools for coping — so they can pause, understand the situation more clearly, and respond in a thoughtful and organized way.

A structured six-week journey

Each week opens a new stage with an explanation, a practical task, guided reflection questions and tools.

WK 1

Understanding what you are facing

Seeing the situation as it is, without the fear and guesswork that usually fill the gaps.

WK 2

Setting boundaries that hold

What a boundary actually is, how to state one, and how to keep it without a fight.

WK 3

Talking without escalating

Preparing for the conversation you have been avoiding, and having it differently this time.

WK 4

Looking after yourself

You cannot sustain any of this while running on empty. This week is about you.

WK 5

Recognising the patterns

The loops the family falls into, and the point at which they can be interrupted.

WK 6

Making it steady

Turning new responses into something consistent, so it holds after the program ends.

Personal mentor support

Your mentor accompanies the family throughout, helps clarify the weekly tasks, listens to the challenges that arise, and supports you in focusing on realistic next steps.

Tasks and progress in one place

The current task, what has been completed, and the next stage — presented clearly, so you never have to work out the next step alone.

An AI-powered assistant

Noa helps you understand the content, get ready for a task and find the right material — available between conversations with your mentor.

A guidance and education programme for adult family members — not a medical service, and not a replacement for professional care. Full details.

Where it starts

Change begins with one step

It may not be possible to change another person immediately — but the family can begin changing how it understands the situation, responds to it, and manages itself within it.

Families do not need to have every answer before they begin. They only need to be ready to take the first step.

Nobody chooses this situation. But a family can choose how it responds to it.
The principle behind everything ONROTER builds
For clinics and treatment centres

PREDDICT AI™

A new era of personalized addiction care — turning complex clinical data into clear, personalized insight for professional care teams.

Ten years of research behind the platform. PREDDICT AI™ emerged from approximately ten years of research at Bar-Ilan University, led by Professor Gal Yadid and conducted in collaboration with Professor Moshe Szyf of McGill University in Canada. The research explored relationships between biological indicators, behavioral information and changes in a person’s condition over time.

The challenge

Even experienced teams may struggle to determine, in real time, how each person is responding to a treatment plan. Every person is different — biological, emotional and behavioral characteristics vary, and so do the pace of progress, individual risk factors and response to intervention.

What the report helps identify

How the process works

01
Initial assessment

Intake and initial evaluation to determine suitability for the program.

02
Periodic data collection

At scheduled intervals, per professional protocol and consent requirements.

03
Personalized questionnaire

Captures current status and changes since the previous assessment.

04
AI-supported analysis

The algorithm identifies patterns, trends and changes over time.

05
Professional team report

An individualized report with insights and points for consideration.

06
Continuous monitoring

Repeated assessments allow the team to track longitudinal trends.

Each cycle feeds the next — the picture sharpens over time.

Value for professional teams and treatment centers

01

A current picture

An individualized, up-to-date view of every participant in the program.

02

Earlier attention

Identify situations that may need attention before the end of a program.

03

Structured discussion

Base team conversations on accumulated, structured information.

04

Organizational learning

Strengthen monitoring and quality assurance, and improve practice over time.

A clearer picture. Earlier insight. More personalized professional decision-making.

PREDDICT AI™ is a decision-support platform intended for use by qualified professionals. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or professional judgment. Use is subject to applicable protocols, consent requirements and regulatory obligations.

For professionals, families, organizations and the public

ONROTER Academy

Knowledge that builds understanding. Tools that support action.

Understand more. Act with greater clarity.

When facing complex topics such as addiction, prevention, trauma and processes of change, the right knowledge can make a meaningful difference. It helps people understand the bigger picture, recognize patterns, communicate more clearly, and choose the next step with greater confidence and less confusion.

The Academy goes beyond providing information — it connects knowledge to real life, at home, within the family, in the community and in professional settings.

Who is the Academy for?

No previous knowledge is required. We begin with the fundamentals and progress step by step.

Families

Seeking a clearer understanding

Language and tools for more thoughtful responses to their situation.

Professionals

What ONROTER does

What ONROTER does not do

ONROTER Family is a support, guidance and educational program for adult family members. It is not a medical service, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, does not replace care from a qualified professional, and is not intended for emergency situations.

Questions we are asked

Does ONROTER replace the treatment someone is already in?

No. ONROTER solutions support learning, organization, guidance and professional working processes. They do not replace qualified professionals, provide independent diagnosis or medical treatment, or function as emergency services.

Write to us and say exactly that. Identifying the need and finding the right path is part of what we do. Families do not need to have every answer before they begin — only to be ready to take the first step.
